Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description and you will be notified for any changes.

If you need your order by a specific date, you need to contact us before ordering to make sure its possible to get the item on time. In addition, if it is a pre-order, the time frame cannot be guaranteed. It could be more or it could be less than the specified date.

Editing an order after it has been placed may not be possible because we understand the importance of receiving your delivery on time hence the reason we start processing you order as soon as we receive it.
It is therefore imperative that you check the size chart and outfits details and provide your accurate information's before you place your order/s because you can't edit or cancel the order/s once it is processing or has been processed.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time, we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it, this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it. . We reserve the right to cancel your order if we detect fraudulent activity.
All orders placed before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched between 1-2 working days. The processing time may increase during peak season due to the volume of orders received. We will inform you as soon as your order is dispatched, together with the tracking information.
Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is your correct address. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Efeseki will not refund your order or offer a replacement.
We do not accept returns on any discounted items on gift-cards and clearance items (final sale) and items purchased on promotion are not eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
We do our very best to describe and display product items as accurately as possible. Slight variations in items may occur. Also, the colours you see on your screen may depend on your computer system and settings, so we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. By purchasing on the site customer acknowledges that they were informed and have viewed ALL photos associated with item/s that was purchased. Customer also acknowledges that product description, shipping times, and fabric print was viewed and read. We reserve the right to modify the information about Products displayed on our website, including as regards prices, description and availability.

In an unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will gladly exchange the product, or if it is out of stock we will give you something else on our website that is of equal value. Customer also have the option of store credit. Please let us know immediately.
To make a return, please email (admin@efeseki.com) with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item.
Note, All items we sent has gone through our quality control department and it/ they are well documented for our own evidence before we send it.
Refunds will be processed upon receiving the item(s) in acceptable returned condition within 3-5 business days of receiving the item. You'll receive an email for the exchange or gift card details, the gift card works like a coupon code at checkout. Your E-gift card covers the purchase price and tax if applicable.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.
Refused delivery will incur the cost of the original shipping cost plus the return cost.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipped item to reach its destination once the item has been picked up from our offices by the carrier.
