Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for a period of 5 days from the date of receiving the product, Items returned 5 days after delivery will not be ACCEPTED. Please ensure that you check all items when you receive them and report any faulty or damaged goods upon receipt of your order.

The customer must explain the reason for the return and seek an exchange approval, if the customer did not give a satisfactory reason for the return the item(s) will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Upon acceptance of the returned items, we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or any sign of damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deny your return.

If you are returning goods from outside of the EU you must attach a customs declaration describing the goods as “SWEDISH RETURNED GOODS” stating that the products are being returned as they are either unwanted or faulty.

To make a return, please email (info@efeseki.com) with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item.

Note, All items we sent has gone through our quality control department and it/ they are well documented for our own evidence before we send it.

We unfortunately do not offer MONEY BACK REFUNDS. Orders can ONLY be returned for store credit or exchange .
 
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds will be processed upon receiving the item(s) in acceptable returned condition within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email for the exchange or gift card details, the gift card works like a coupon code at checkout. Your E-gift card covers the purchase price and tax if applicable.
