Shipping Policy

We shipping worldwide.

All in-stock garments are discharged within 3-5 business days or less from the date the order is placed unless a specific time frame is otherwise stated in the product description. All in-stock garments are processed and shipped during business days excluding weekends and holidays. 

Please note processing time and shipping time are not the same.

In-stock garments are available for immediate dispatch as we hold them available in stock. Pre-Orders can take 2-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. Please read product description to identify if garment is In-stock or you have to pre order it.

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email along with your tracking details.

Business Days are defined by Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer. Up to 5 working days. 

SHIPPING FEES

Our shipping fees varies depending on courier and country and the fees are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of incorrect or faulty orders as explained in the return policy.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your address details has been entered correctly and completely.

We may not be able to accommodate address changes after your order has been processed.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Shipments crossing international borders (outside the EU) may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations of the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which is determined by its custom's law in the destination country. 

Customers are responsible for any custom charges applicable for shipments into their home country.

RETURNED DELIVERY 

If your order was returned to Efeseki due to unreachable recipient stated by the courier, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges. And in the event you request a redelivery, you will have to pay for the shipping cost of the redelivery back to you.

DELIVERY DELAY/CLAIM

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed by the courier.

If you haven't received your package and your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the courier but you have not received it, you must contact the courier immediately.

Efeseki does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We do not issue exchange or store credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.
